Chate' Angel has always had a passion to teach water safety skills and empower humans to learn how to swim. Chate's love for water started as early as 6 months old and she has never stopped her pursuit of learning new swimming techniques. Chate' swam competitively with a swim club as a child and also on the swim team all 4 years of high school. Chate’ was a certified lifeguard for the Chicago Park District, and while in college, at Texas Southern University Recreational Center.
Chate' swims all 4 strokes but her favorite stroke is backstroke in which she has earned several medals. Currently, Chate' is a certified Water Safety Instructor through the American Red Cross and is also pursuing her coaching certification.
